Smoltinkaari 1, Tapanila

Smoltinkaari 1 is located in Tapanila, in the new residential area in the Fallkulla wedge (Fallkullan kiila), where homes will be built for more than a thousand residents.

Each apartment includes a glazed balcony and a storage compartment either on the ground floor or the attic floor. The kitchen has an induction stove, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. The kitchen countertops and doors have a laminate surface, and the sink is made out of stainless steel. The bathroom has spaces and connections reserved for a washing machine and a dryer. The floors have been finished with easy-care vinyl planks, and the floors of the bathroom and toilet are ceramic tile.

The apartments are designed to be fully accessible. The laundry facilities, pram and outdoor equipment storage areas, club room and shared sauna are on the ground floor.

The location includes 33 parking spaces in the car park shared by the whole block. Bicycles can be stored in the yard, in shelters by the entrances and in the storage rooms in the yard building.

The Tapanila train station is approximately 200 metres away. Local services are available within a walking distance in addition to the more comprehensive range of services in Malmi a few kilometres away. There are recreational routes near the location.

You can apply for the apartments by submitting an application to the City of Helsinki. If you have a pending housing application, you can add the apartments of the new location to your application by editing the application during the application period. A third of the apartments are reserved as exchange apartments for people already living in a Heka apartment.

Please note that according to a government decision, income limits are in use in Heka tenant selection. The income limits are applied to both new applicants and those changing apartments within Heka.
